LOS ANGELES, California — A recently amended court filing in a long-running legal dispute involving members of the Presley family contains explosive and unverified accusations that actress Riley Keough donated eggs to actor John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, in a bid to help the couple conceive a child, People reported.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the claim appears in an amended breach-of-contract complaint filed this week by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business partners of Priscilla Presley, against her son, Navarone Garcia, over an ongoing financial conflict stemming from business dealings and estate matters.

EW said, according to the filing, statements apparently made by Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of Keough’s mother, Lisa Marie Presley, suggested that Travolta and Preston initially considered using Lisa Marie’s eggs before arranging for Keough to donate hers around 2010, shortly after the couple’s older son, Jett, died.

According to People, the amended complaint, which does not include independent evidence, claims Keough received an older Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000 in exchange, and asserts the arrangement led to the birth of Benjamin “Ben” Travolta, now 15.

TV Insider said Priscilla Presley’s legal team has strongly rejected the accusations as irrelevant to the core lawsuit and described them as unethical attempts to put pressure on Presley in the broader dispute.

Hello Magazine reported that none of those named in the filing, including Keough, Travolta or their representatives, have publicly confirmed or substantiated the egg-donation claims and the accusations have not been proven.
