Erykah Badu just announced “LIVE: A Summer Tour” this fall. Known for her immersive, ever-evolving live shows, Badu’s latest run promises a mix of classics, improvisation, and new creative energy.
Early demand for the upcoming tour is already surging as Badu fans rush to catch the neo-soul icon alongside a stacked lineup of collaborators. If you’re hoping to get tickets before the busy on sale period, you have options.
Presale and general on-sale timing
Ticket sales are rolling out in a standard two-phase format, and timing is critical for fans hoping to beat sellouts:
- Venue, Citi cardmember, and Live Nation presales: Began Thursday, June 25 at 10 a.m. local time
- General public on-sale: Starts Friday, June 26 at 10 a.m. local time
Certain presales require codes or membership access, and presale inventory is moving quickly across multiple cities. Live Nation also lists many dates already showing limited early inventory.

Erykah Badu’s ‘LIVE’ tour: What to know
Announced in late June, Badu’s North American tour will kick off September 10 and run through the end of the month. She’ll play major amphitheaters and outdoor venues across the U.S. and Canada including Cleveland, Ohio’s Jacobs Pavilion on September 15.
The tour features producer/DJ The Alchemist on all dates, with De La Soul also joining. Smino and additional special guests are expected to appear at select shows as well. This collaborative lineup has generated significant buzz, especially as Badu and The Alchemist have teased a long-awaited joint album (“Abi & Alan”) following previous collaborations.
The run spans just over a dozen dates, making it a relatively limited tour compared to many arena treks.
