SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — It appears as if City Council will soon end its moratorium on short-term rental homes and allow such rentals, with regulations added to keep such properties in check.

Council decided on Monday (July 14) that it will conduct a committee meeting on the subject at 7 p.m. July 28, just before the start of its last regularly scheduled meeting of the summer. It is expected that council will finalize regulations during the committee meeting and then vote to approve short-term rentals during the immediately following regular meeting.
