CLEVELAND, Ohio — Stephen Vogt walked into Monday’s matchup against the Yankees with something that rarely exists during the grind of a 162-game season: a fully available bullpen. He used five of his eight arms in Cleveland’s 7-5 extra-innings loss and admitted Tuesday that nights where he doesn’t have to worry about who is and who is not available are few and far between.
